What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

We offer both standard and express shipping options. Standard shipping usually takes 5-15 days, while express shipping delivers within 2-10 days (this does not include production time of 2-7 days).

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment. If you have chosen a shipping method without tracking then you will not receive a tracking number.

What is your return policy if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is in its original condition. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

We’re here to help. Please reach out to our customer service with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work quickly to resolve it. Whether that means a replacement, refund, or missing item follow-up. Contact us directly at info@mindfulcolorings.ca

Will sold-out items be restocked, and how can I get notified?

We frequently restock our bestsellers. To stay updated on restocks and new arrivals, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter or clicking the 'Notify Me' button next to the sold out item to receive a notification when it is restock.

How do you source art for your books?

We work with artists around the globe and every one of our books are hand-drawn. The owner, Faith, also hand draws artwork for each book!

What are thought records?

Thought Records are a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) tool that promotes balanced thinking and assist in the capture, evaluation, and restructuring of negative automatic thoughts.

I'm an artist, how do I apply to be in one of your books?

You can apply via the "Collaborate With Us" page. If applications are closed, the link will not work. Please follow us on our socials to see when we are looking for artists!

How are the artists compensated for the art in your books?

We value the time and skill that goes into each artwork and want to ensure fair compensation. Therefore, we operate on a pay-per-piece unlimited licensing model. We offer $50 per piece and the artist has the freedom to add as little or as much detail to the piece as they want.

This model allows Mindful Colorings to sell the artwork while the artist retains the rights to their designs. This means that the artist is free to continue selling any designs created for us and can continue to profit from their work independently.
