At Mindful Colorings, we are dedicated to creating a welcoming space where everyone can access tools and resources to support their healing journey. In a world where wellness often takes a backseat to the daily hustle, we stand firm in our belief that self-care and wellness tools should be fundamental rights, not luxuries.

The Beginning

Faith, the person behind Mindful Colorings, began her journey during one of the most challenging periods of her life. Struggling with severe anxiety, panic attacks, and depression, Faith found herself facing the daunting reality of limited access to professional care due to financial constraints. Determined not to let these barriers define her path to wellness, she sought out alternative methods to manage her mental health.

Through countless hours of personal research, trial, and error, Faith began crafting tools that resonated with her own needs. The first of these was the Anxiety Colouring Journal, designed initially as a personal refuge—a place where she could channel her thoughts, find calm in the chaos.

The impact of this tool was profound. Not only did it become a cornerstone of her healing journey, but it also sparked a deeper purpose within her. Realizing the potential of these resources to help others facing similar struggles, Faith was inspired to share her creations with the world. This marked the beginning of Mindful Colorings, a brand born from her desire to make wellness accessible to all.
