Refund policy
If you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please get in touch with our team within 14 days of product delivery at info@mindfulcolorings.ca or log into your account and request a refund.
Please provide a detailed description of your issue, accompanied by relevant photo or video evidence that supports your case. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a free of charge replacement or refund. Our return processing time is 10-15 business days.
Please note that a free replacement or refund is not offered in these cases:
- Lost orders due to an incorrect delivery address
- Lost orders by postal/delivery service (please contact them directly to put in a claim)
- Items damaged in transit by the carrier under $20 CAD in value.
- Products that were received as requested, however, you wish to have another variation instead.
- Product has been open and used.
If you have purchased one of our Journals or Planners via Amazon, please contact Amazon for a refund.
